Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons within your specialist subject area.
• Create a supportive and positive learning environment where students can succeed.
• Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to encourage development.
• Build strong professional relationships with students, colleagues, and school leadership teams.
• Follow school behaviour, safeguarding, and curriculum policies at all times.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.

Person Specification
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and currently completing or recently completed your ECT training.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people to achieve their potential.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from new experiences.
• Confidence in building positive classroom relationships and managing behaviour effectively.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and continuous professional development.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
