Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons within your subject specialism.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and achievement.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
• Assess student understanding and provide meaningful feedback to support progress.
• Develop positive relationships with students, staff, and wider school communities.
• Follow safeguarding, behaviour, and curriculum policies in line with school expectations.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and commitment to student success.

Person Specification
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and currently completing or recently completed your ECT training.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping young people achieve their potential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
