Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging lessons within your specialist subject area across secondary age groups.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Adapt lesson delivery to meet the needs of pupils with differing abilities and learning styles.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to encourage achievement.
• Build effective relationships with students, colleagues, and school leaders.
• Adhere to safeguarding, behaviour management, and school policies at all times.
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to high-quality teaching and learning.

Person Specification
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and currently completing or recently completed your ECT training.
• Passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for professional growth and continuous learning.
• Commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
