About the Role
Connex Education Leicester works in partnership with a range of Primary and SEN Schools across Leicester City and Leicestershire, including Leicester, Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, and surrounding areas, providing reliable day-to-day supply support.
We are now recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for the September term, offering flexible day-to-day opportunities supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs. You may be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, working with small groups, or assisting within specialist SEN provisions and mainstream classrooms.

Person Specification
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND
- Experience within a school, care, support work, or youth work setting desirable
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Patient, adaptable, and professional approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
