About the provision

This is a modern day service provider in Birchwood, Warrington, tailored specifically for young adults aged 18 to 40 with learning difficulties and disabilities. Operating with high staff-to-service-user ratios, we reject traditional “day care” models in favour of an energetic, community-focused hub centered around personal growth, lifelong friendships, and independent life-skills. No two days are the same; our staff actively empowers individuals through cooking workshops, creative arts, and exciting local outings, making it a uniquely rewarding, fun, and casual-dress workplace for passionate support staff.
