Assignment details
This role is a long term 5 days a weeks role (32.5 hours per week, term time only) until the end of the calendar year initially. It will be working with SEND children on a 121 basis assisting them in class and whole school life.
A brief description of the role is below:
- Assist pupils with toileting, continence care, and personal hygiene.
- Support with dressing, changing for PE, and maintaining personal cleanliness.
- Assist with eating and drinking where required.
- Follow individual care plans and medical procedures.
- The child supported is in KS1
- Happy for male or female profiles as child responds to both
- Experienced doing PCA with in a primary

Person Specification
- Have experience of working in a classroom environment or similar setting
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
- At least 3 months experience working with young people
