Education Account Manager
Are you a confident relationship builder with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Education Account Manager to join our growing team in Halifax.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with schools, colleges, and education providers, developing long-term partnerships and ensuring clients receive an outstanding service from onboarding through to ongoing account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with education sector clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a large multi academy trust.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate additional business.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and produce account reports where required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in account management, customer success, sales, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple accounts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Confidence in building relationships both over the phone and in person.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience working with education clients would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Must be able to drive to visit schools reguarly
