The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you’ll inspire pupils through engaging, high-quality teaching while creating an inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
Depending on your assignment, you will:
• Deliver engaging, well-planned and inclusive lessons
• Create a positive, stimulating and supportive classroom environment
• Support pupil progress, attainment and personal development
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents/carers
• Complete planning, preparation and assessment for long-term placements
• Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate
For most day-to-day supply assignments, planning is already provided, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality teaching and maintaining continuity for pupils.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Recent experience teaching as the lead classroom teacher within a UK primary school
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Good knowledge of the National Curriculum
• A commitment to supporting pupil achievement and wellbeing
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
