PPA Cover Teacher – BDMAT Trust Schools

Connex Education is proud to be recruiting PPA Cover Teachers to work across a number of welcoming and well-established schools within the BDMAT Trust in Wolverhampton and Walsall.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers seeking flexible teaching work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with both day-to-day and long-term positions available from September. We also have full-time teaching opportunities for those looking for a more involved classroom role with planning, preparation, and assessment responsibilities.
The Role

Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2

Provide high-quality classroom teaching during PPA cover sessions

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and school leaders

Maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management

Ensure pupils remain focused, motivated, and on task throughout lessons
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
-
Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
-
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching

A genuine passion for supporting pupils and contributing to school communities
