Connex Education Partnership is looking for compassionate, resilient and enthusiastic Specialist Education Support Workers to join our SEND supply team across Radstock and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for people with backgrounds in education, care, support work, youth work, residential settings or specialist SEND provision who want to make a genuine difference to children and young people.

Whether you want flexible day-to-day work across different specialist schools, a consistent long-term placement or the opportunity to move into a permanent role, we can offer opportunities to suit you.

As a Specialist Education Support Worker, you’ll work alongside teachers and specialist staff to provide individualised support, encouragement and care to pupils with additional and complex needs.

You may support pupils with:

Your day could involve:

  • Following individual education, care and support plans
  • Creating a safe, calm and nurturing environment

Who Would Suit This Role?

We’re keen to hear from people with experience in:

Training such as Team-Teach or other positive behaviour management qualifications is highly welcomed.
