Our dedicated compliance team, led by a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), meticulously manages our compliance processes to uphold the highest safety standards.
Stringent Selection & Vetting Process
We implement a rigorous selection, registration, and clearance process to ensure only the most qualified and suitable individuals work with children and young people. Each term, we carefully vet candidates, rejecting those who do not meet our strict safeguarding criteria.


Comprehensive Safeguarding Training
All staff placed by Connex Education Partnership must complete free safeguarding training through our sister company, Connex Education Academy.
As a fully compliant REC member, we are committed to ensuring the highest levels of safety, integrity, and quality in education staffing.
All of our staff are:
- Audited and authorised by our compliance team
- Continuously monitored through ongoing vetting
- Supported by advanced recruitment technology
