What You’ll Be Doing
-
Deliver engaging 1:1 sessions in English, Maths or Science, tailored to each child’s unique strengths.

Track progress, share feedback with families and work closely with multi-agency teams.

Support emotional wellbeing and behaviour, helping children feel safe, seen and heard.

Build trust and create a positive, nurturing learning environment.
Who You Are
-
You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have 5+ years’ experience in primary or secondary education.
-
You bring at least 5 years of specialist SEN experience (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, PDA, ADD, dysgraphia, GDD).
-
You’ve supported children through trauma and understand how to meet them where they are.

You know how to build confidence and spark engagement in even the most reluctant learners.

You’re patient, creative and skilled in adapting your teaching to suit every child.

You’ve got strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills.

You hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
