About the Role
At Connex Education Partnership, we believe in the power of dedicated individuals to transform the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEND).
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you’ll have the unique opportunity to support and nurture young minds who need it the most. Your role will be crucial in helping children with SEND reach their full potential.
You will have the opportunity to work in a range of primary schools across the Wirral, from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2). You can choose your working days, whether you prefer short-term or long-term positions.
Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who are compassionate and dedicated. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, etc.) or long term experience working with children.
- Experience working with children with SEND
- A valid DBS on the update service or a willingness to obtain a new one through Connex.
- Two professional references.

Qualification Opportunities

- Level 4 Certificate for Higher Level Teaching Assistants.
