Assignment Details
This full-time, long-term assignment is due to start after February half term, subject to clearance. The school is seeking a passionate Art specialist to deliver engaging and creative lessons across KS3 and KS4.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning inspiring lessons, assessing and marking work, and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. The role runs Monday to Friday during standard school hours.

As a Successful Qualified Teacher, You Will Need to:
• Hold QTS status or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Be confident teaching Art to pupils aged 11–16
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Have excellent subject knowledge and a creative approach to teaching
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be willing to engage in ongoing professional development
• Work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly
• Be enthusiastic, motivated, and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Be able to commute to Sleaford and surrounding areas
