Assignment details
As a cover supervisor in a secondary school, you will be responsible for creating a supportive learning environment that keeps pupils engaged and on task. You will provide feedback to the class teacher, highlighting both positive and negative behaviours, while adhering to school policies and procedures. Building strong relationships with both pupils and staff will also be key to your role.

Person Specification
- Degree qualified
- Must have UK school-based experience.
- Must be 21 or over.
- Engaging and confident individual.
- Adaptable and organised.
- Must hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
