Connex Education is looking for flexible, enthusiastic, and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our supply team, supporting schools across Newport and Caerphilly.

Assignment details
As a Cover Supervisor, you will work across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting classroom teaching and maintaining continuity of learning in the teacher’s absence. You will be responsible for providing clear updates to the class teacher, reporting both positive and negative behaviours in line with school policies and procedures. A key aspect of this role is building strong, respectful relationships with both students and staff to support a positive learning environment.

Person Specification
- Aged 21 and over
- Degree qualification
- DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
- EWC registered
