Cover Supervisor – Secondary School – Hounslow
£105–£125 per day PAYE | Flexible Supply – Full Time & Part Time Available
A well-regarded secondary school in Hounslow is seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support the school with day-to-day and short-term supply cover.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want a role where no two days are the same. The school has a supportive leadership team and strong behaviour systems, allowing cover staff to focus on maintaining a productive classroom environment.
Both full-time and part-time availability is welcomed, with regular work available throughout the academic year.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor you will:
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support pupils in staying focused and completing their work
• Provide clear instructions and ensure classroom routines are followed
• Report back to teaching staff regarding lesson outcomes and pupil engagement
No planning or marking is required.
