Cover Supervisor

Location: Hounslow
Pay: £100–£130 per day (PAYE)

We are recruiting a Cover Supervisor for a well-run secondary school in Hounslow with around 1,300 students and a strong reputation for behaviour and academic progress.

The school has a clear behaviour policy, a dedicated on-call team and a modern campus including updated classrooms and a newly built sports hall. SLT are visible and supportive, making it a great environment for someone stepping into classroom leadership.

Easily accessible via Piccadilly Line and multiple bus routes. On-site parking available.

The Role

• Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Maintain strong classroom behaviour and routines
• Ensure students stay on task and complete work
• Provide feedback to teaching staff
• Support a calm and structured learning environment

Requirements

• Degree OR GCSE English & Maths (C/4+) OR relevant Level 2/3 OR school experience
• Strong behaviour management
• Confident presence in the classroom
• Professional and reliable
• Understanding of safeguarding
