Cover Supervisor

Location: Ealing
Pay: £100–£110 per day (PAYE)

A high-performing secondary school in Ealing is looking for a confident Cover Supervisor to join their team full-time.

The school has a strong Ofsted profile, excellent GCSE results and a well-established behaviour system. Classrooms are well-resourced, and there is strong departmental support across all subjects.

The school benefits from excellent transport links via Central Line and Elizabeth Line, with parking available for staff.

The Role

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across subjects
• Manage behaviour using clear school systems
• Support student engagement and learning
• Maintain consistency in the absence of teachers
• Report back to departments

Requirements

• Degree OR GCSE English & Maths OR equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Calm, confident classroom presence
• Adaptable across subjects
