About the role
Connex Education are supporting a number of mainstream Secondary schools in Leeds in appointing a Cover Supervisors in various schools.
About the schools
We work with a number of Secondary Schools that require ad hoc cover on a daily basis as well as longer term opportunities for the right person.
Assignment details
These roles are short and long term (up to 32.5 hours per week, term time only) on an ongoing basis. The Cover Supervisor roles offer an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a Secondary School setting. The role includes covering various subjects and managing the behaviour in class while pupils continue on with work set from previous lessons. It can be flexible around your availability and we’re keen to hear from people available from 1 day per week up to full time.

Person Specification
- Have experience of working in a classroom environment or similar setting
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
- At least 3 months experience with working with young people
