Connex Education are working with Secondary Schools in South Leeds who are looking to recruit experienced cover supervisors or degree-qualified individuals who are passionate about starting a rewarding career in education. This opportunity is perfect for those looking to gain valuable experience in a school setting while positively influencing students’ learning and development. The school is seeking motivated individuals dedicated to supporting both teachers and pupils, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience during staff absences. This role is to start asap or in September 2026. There are longterm and adhoc day to day cover postions available.

Assignment details
As a cover supervisor you will be working across KS3 and KS4 in place of the subject teacher. You should be able to provide updates to the teacher, highlight both positive and negative behaviours, while adhering to school policies and procedures. Building strong relationships with both pupils and staff will also be key to your role.
