PPA Cover Teacher
Salary: £140 – £210 per day
Contract: Full-Time / Flexible Opportunities Available
Location: Wolverhampton & Walsall
Start Date: September 2025
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable PPA Cover Teacher to join our dedicated team from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering high-quality teaching and learning during teachers’ Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our pupils’ learning by delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring continuity and consistency within the classroom.
The Role

Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2

Provide high-quality teaching that supports pupil progress and achievement

Establish positive relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school community

Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning

Ensure pupils remain engaged and complete the work set by class teachers

Support the school’s commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
The Successful Candidate Will Have
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching within primary education

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

The ability to adapt confidently across different year groups

A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning

A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential
