Job Title: Creative SEND TA
Location: Sheffield, UK
Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm option
Salary: £75 to £85 depending on experience
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Creative SEND TA to join our team in Sheffield. As a Creative SEND TA, you will work with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to help them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting children and young people with SEND in their learning and development
- Developing and implementing creative and inclusive lesson plans and activities
- Providing one-to-one and group support to children and young people with SEND
- Liaising with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the needs of children and young people with SEND are met
- Monitoring and assessing progress, providing feedback and reporting to teachers and parents
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people with SEND
- A creative and holistic approach to education and learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Psychology/Creative Arts degree
We offer you a level 3 teaching assistant course, while in school
