About the Role
Connex Education are working with a secondary schools in Redcar and we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated DT. teacher to support the Technology Department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality DT lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. from September 2026.

Person Specification
- must be 21 and over
- Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
- PGCE in DT or related subject from a recognized provider
- You must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one
- Have experience teaching DT in a UK secondary school setting.
- Be able to plan and deliver engaging KS3 and KS4 DT lessons across ability ranges.
- Have excellent behaviour management and class based control skills.
