About the role

Connex Education are working with the St Ralph Sherwin Trust in Derby to provide exceptional opportunities for early career teachers. We are seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and teachers with 1-3 years of experience for September 2025 positions. This is your chance to develop your teaching career in a supportive environment.

Person Specification

Perfect for early career teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Are newly qualified (NQTs) or Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
• Demonstrate strong classroom management potential
• Are passionate about engaging young learners
• Have excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities
• Have a DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
