Role: SEN Primary School Teacher
Rate of pay: £700 – £1000 P/W – Dependent on experience
Location: Birmingham, King’s Norton
**About the role**
This EYFS-based role supports up to seven pupils with complex communication needs, including autism and pre-verbal development. The SEN Teacher delivers a personalised, sensory-based curriculum in a low-stimulus environment, focusing on communication, emotional regulation, and early learning. Responsibilities include planning individual learning based on EHCPs or SSPPs, delivering targeted interventions, tracking progress and maintaining routine and structure. The role involves close work with a teaching assistant, external professionals, and families to support each child’s development.

**Role Requirements**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) confirming employability as a Teacher in England, Scotland & Wales
- Previous Experience working in a Primary School settings
- DBS On the update service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education
- Strong classroom management skills
- A clear passion for working with children and fostering their educational growth
- Commitment to the profession of working in Education
