Job Title: Account Manager – Education Sector
Location: Halifax (Office-Based)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum + bonus

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing team, specialising in the education sector. Based in our Halifax office, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of education sector clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
- Deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports
- Handle client queries and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles
- Experience working with or within the education sector (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload effectively
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
