What does the role entail? As a Recruitment Resource Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for a range of education roles, ensuring that schools are matched with the best talent. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs to ensure a successful fit while guiding them through the compliance process keeping them updated along the way. Your excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering a professional and effective service to both clients and candidates.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Recruitment experience, with a passion for compliance and safeguarding
- A strong understanding of the education sector
- A positive, go-getter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Stellar communication skills, both written and spoken
- A natural problem-solver and team player
