About the role
Connex Education are supporting a mainstream primary school in Warrington in appointing an Early Years Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis to work with a child on a 1-1 basis. Experience of working with SEN is essential for this role. The head teacher is ideally looking for someone with Level 2/3 qualification with classroom experience and knowledge of delivering phonics. Strong Maths and English subject knowledge is essentail, as you will be supporting the pupil with daily education.

Assignment details
This role is long term assignment starting September 2025 – will continue for as long as funding is available.

Person Specification
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
- Have Maths and English to GCSE Grade C or equivalent
- Hold previous experience of working with children and young people within the relevant age range
