Secondary Geography teacher – London Borough of Havering

£175.00 – £235.00 per day (in accordance to Teacher Pay Scale)

We are working in partnership with a vibrant secondary school in the London Borough of Havering. Located in the heart of Rainham, its easily accessible by car with on-site parking and several public transport links  School hours are 8.00-3.30 and you will get one hour for lunch.

The school has requested a Geography teacher through Connex Education. The school would be offering this long-term position full-time from January to July 2024, with the possibility of continuing into the next academic year.

As a Supply Teacher you will possess:

• Experience working with secondary aged students 11-16
• QTS in Geography
• Awareness and understanding of useful strategies, such as; language/social skills, emotional well-being and behaviour management.
• Dedication to become part of the school team community
• Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new check
