Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
- Support and nurture students’ development, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals to enhance the educational experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks, lesson planning, and resource development.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Minimum of a Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar educational role.
- A deep understanding of educational best practices and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced educational environment.
Qualifications:
- HLTA Level 4 qualification or higher.
- Enhanced DBS (or a willingness to get one).
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- A passion for education and helping students succeed.
