Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging lessons under teacher guidance.
- Foster student development and a positive learning environment.
- Assess and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and professionals to enhance education.

Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Level 4 HLTA qualification.
- Previous educational role experience.
- Deep understanding of educational best practices and child development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced educational environment.
Qualifications:
- HLTA Level 4 or higher.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Passion for education and student success.
