History Teacher (KS3/KS4)
Supporting one school based in Stockport with a long-term position commencing October 2023
3-Month Cover – Full-Time
Pay is MPS1 – MPS6

We’re working with a large secondary school in Stockport, Greater Manchester who are in need of a History Teacher to cover a planned absence commencing this October.
You would be joining a team of 5 History Teachers temporarily who are supportive and GCSE History students follow the OCR A Specification.
Skills required to be a sucessful applicant for this History Teacher role in Stockport;
- Hold a teaching qualification such as a PGCE, PGDE or equivalent with Qualified Teacher Status specialising in any Humanities or History.
- Be available 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday through Friday full-time (term time only)
Successful candidates will be required to conduct an interview and complete a vetting process which includes an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS, if you do not have one, you can get one through Connex Education at the cost of £45.
