About the role

Connex Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusion Coordinator for a long-term supply position at an innovative school in Stockton-On-Tees . This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a renowned multi-academy trust that prioritises professional development and nurtures talent.

Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate bespoke provisions for the student community
  • Work as part of the Inclusion team to promote learning and welfare of vulnerable students
  • Develop and implement personalized timetables for individual students and groups
  • Manage the inclusion room and deliver measurable provisions
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership and Inclusion teams
  • Explore possibilities of delivering alternative courses to provide students with relevant qualifications

  • Passionate about transforming lives and working with children
  • Dedicated to going above and beyond for young people
  • Aspires to be part of an inspirational and dynamic team
  • Committed to upholding the school’s values programme
  • Experience working as either a SEN Teaching Assistant, Pastoral role or other role working with children aged 11-16 is essential
