Inspiring Excellence in Specialist Education Connex Education is seeking a dedicated Internal Quality Assurance Coordinator to join one of our SEND schools that we currently work with, they are committed to providing exceptional educational opportunities for students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Working Days – Monday to Friday
Salary – up to £32,000

You will play a vital role in ensuring our accredited programmes meet the highest standards while being perfectly tailored to our students’ unique learning needs. Working closely with our specialist teaching team, you’ll help develop and maintain qualification pathways that celebrate each student’s individual achievements and potential

What You’ll Do
- Champion our accredited programmes, ensuring they remain accessible and meaningful for students with diverse learning needs
- Support our passionate teaching team in creating engaging, differentiated learning experiences
- Develop inclusive assessment methods and materials that enable every student to demonstrate their abilities
- Work collaboratively with our education team to design personalised qualification pathways
- Lead professional development sessions focused on SEND-specific assessment approaches
- Maintain strong relationships with awarding bodies, advocating for our students’ needs
- Ensure all assessment processes are fair, accessible, and celebrate student progress
- Keep meticulous records that track each student’s individual journey and achievements
- Provide insightful reports that highlight the success and impact of our programmes
We’re Looking For
- A Level 4 qualification in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment (or equivalent experience)
- Teaching or training qualification, ideally with SEND experience
- Passion for supporting students with additional learning needs
- Understanding of differentiated assessment and inclusive practices
- Strong communication skills and empathy for our student community
- Commitment to celebrating every achievement, however small
