About the Role
Connex Education is working with a friendly and inclusive junior school in the Slough area to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Class Teacher for a full-time, long-term supply position beginning in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and track pupil progress, adapting lessons to meet individual needs
- Support the academic, emotional, and social development of all pupils
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and leadership
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil outcomes
Assignment Details
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday (Term time only)
- Long-term supply with the potential for a permanent role
Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom management and a proactive teaching style
- Passion for supporting pupils from a range of backgrounds
- A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through Connex
