Level 3 Teaching Assistant
£415 – £500 a week.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team, based in West Bromwich, Sandwell. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers to support pupils’ learning, development, and well-being. This role includes supporting classes with mixed age groups across KS1 and KS2 and varied needs and abilities. Ours is a successful and welcoming school where pupils feel valued and are encouraged to develop a sense of responsibility for themselves and others. You’ll work alongside amazing teachers to support learning, encourage independence, and help our pupils reach their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally.
**Role Requirements**
- Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is required.
- Previous experience working in Educational is desirable.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
