Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning within primary classrooms.
- Work alongside class teachers to help pupils engage and achieve their potential.
- Deliver one-to-one and small group support where required.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and the wider school community.
- Adapt confidently to different school settings and classroom routines.

Job Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience is desirable.
- Experience supporting children within a primary school setting is beneficial.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school environments.
- Commitment to equality, inclusion, and diversity.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
