Your Role:
As an Online English Tutor with us, you will:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive English lessons to small groups of students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive virtual classroom to optimize the teaching and learning experience.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with national curriculum standards and school guidelines.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, best practices, and innovative teaching methods.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Possess a proven track record of successful English teaching at the secondary level.
- Demonstrate profound subject knowledge and a deep understanding of the national English curriculum.
- Be skilled at engaging and motivating students, fostering a positive learning attitude.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Show a commitment to continuous professional development, staying updated on the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
