What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
  • Gaining experience in a variety of primary school settings
  • Building your classroom management and teaching practice
  • Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential academically and socially
  • Working alongside experienced teachers and school leaders
  • Developing your confidence and professional skills as an ECT

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected completion of teacher training by Summer 2026
  • A passion for primary education and helping children thrive
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive, professional and adaptable approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education
