Experienced Key Stage 2 Supply Teacher
Full-Time, 5 Days Per Week
Are you a passionate and experienced Key Stage 2 teacher looking for consistent, rewarding work in Cheshire? We’re seeking a dedicated supply Year 6 teacher to join our team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable teacher who thrives in the classroom environment. You’ll be working in a local local primary school on the outskirts of Knutford you will be delivering high-quality education to Year 6 pupils and making a real difference to their learning journey. The role is to cover a maternity post for 12 months. You will need to plan engaging lessons and have SATs experience. The role is to start April 2026 for 12 months.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 (Year 6)
- Strong experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching styles
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable:
- Experience with a range of SEN including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum and current teaching standards
- Flexibility and resilience
