Connex Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Solihull. As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping pupils thrive throughout the academic year, establishing positive classroom routines, and delivering high-quality teaching that supports both academic achievement and personal development.

The Role

As a Primary School Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Establish positive classroom routines and behaviour expectations.
• Promote positive behaviour in line with school policies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil success.
• Encourage pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Contribute to a positive and rewarding learning experience for all pupils.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England, Scotland, or Wales
• Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Commitment to a career in education
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education
