Connex Education is recruiting a passionate Primary School Teacher to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in Solihull.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils’ development, and creating a positive classroom environment.

**Your Responsibilities**

As a Primary School Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
• Establish positive classroom routines and behaviour expectations.
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents.
• Encourage confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

Our lovely small school is located in the small town of Bentley Heath on the outskirts of Solihull, our school provide a welcoming, caring and safe environment where children can grow as individuals and prosper in their education. **Requirements**

To apply, you’ll need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England, Scotland, or Wales
• Experience teaching in a primary school
• Strong classroom management skills
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Commitment to a career in education
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education)
