Salary: £160 – £250 per day (dependent on experience and assignment)

We are looking for dedicated and adaptable teachers to work across Key Stages 1 to 4, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that help every learner reach their potential. About the Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across a range of curriculum subjects.
- Create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment where pupils can thrive.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet a variety of special educational needs, including autism, SEMH, communication needs and moderate learning difficulties.
- Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and provide meaningful feedback.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists and wider multidisciplinary teams to support individual learning outcomes.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families and professionals to ensure the best possible educational experience.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, wellbeing and achievement whilst promoting confidence and independence.
About You
We’re looking for teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience working with children or young people with SEND, either within specialist or mainstream settings.
- Are confident adapting teaching to meet a wide range of learning needs.
- Have excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Are passionate about inclusive education and helping every child achieve success.
- Can work collaboratively within supportive school teams and embrace new environments.
