About the role
Connex Education work with different Primary Schools in Wakefield, helping them with day-to-day and long-term cover. This is the perfect role if you are looking for flexibility in your week and ad-hoc work Monday to Friday. As a supply primary school teacher you will have the opportunity to work in EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This opportunity can be full-time or part-time. You can choose the days you work as it is ad-hoc cover.
Assignment Details
This role is to start ASAP and is ongoing into the new academic year September 2026.

Person Specification
- Experience working in an educational environment with children aged between 4 and 11 years.
- Have behaviour management skills.
- Knowledge of Phonics and Read, Write Inc
- Be organised and reliable.
- Have a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to process a new one
- Willing to go the extra mile!
