Connex - Warrington
Connex Education is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 5 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming Community Academy in Warrington. This is a planned leave of absence cover, starting in September and continuing until October half term.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and committed teacher who can quickly build positive relationships and maintain high standards within an established Key Stage 2 classroom.
The Role
- Full-time Year 5 class teacher.
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the planned curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with the wider school team to ensure continuity for pupils during the planned absence.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous Key Stage 2 teaching experience is essential.
- Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to establish clear expectations.
- Excellent classroom organisation and communication skills.
- A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to teaching.
