Are you a passionate and experienced year 4/5 teacher looking for consistent, rewarding work in Warrington ? We are currently seeking a dedicated supply teacher to join our team to cover a maternity cover from mid May until end of the academic year. Start date to be confirmed
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable teacher who thrives in a varied classroom environment. You’ will be working alongside a supportive KS2 team and planning will have been provided. you will however be expected to attend a weekly staff meeting, and this will be reflected in your pay. Strong ECTs are also welcome to apply, but this will be classed as valuable experience and unfortunatley won’t count towards ypur ECT induction, but school will be happy to provide you with a valuable reference, PPA time, and interview techniques from SLT.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching styles
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable:
- Experience with KS2
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum and current teaching standards
- Flexibility and resilience
