Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Primary Education graduate ready to launch your teaching career? Connex Education is looking for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our team across schools in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of classroom settings, with the flexibility to suit your schedule and the support you need as you take your first steps in teaching.
About the Role
We work closely with several excellent primary schools throughout Warrington that regularly need supply teachers for:
- PPA cover (full-day and half-day roles)
- Daily sickness and course cover
- Part-time job-share roles
- Full-time teaching to cover sickness, maternity, etc.
- Termly bookings that count towards your ECT induction
- SATS and Phonics intervention support

Person Specification
- QTS status, or in the process of achieving QTS
- Enthusiasm and a passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Experience in primary schools (including placements)
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
- Ability to provide two references
