Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of primary-aged pupils.
- Follow school policies, curriculum plans, and guidance to ensure effective learning.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment.
- Establish positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and wider school staff.
- Adapt effectively to different year groups, schools, and classroom expectations.
- Support pupils’ progress and respond appropriately to individual learning needs.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and professional conduct.
- Encourage pupils to develop confidence and achieve their full potential.

Job Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Previous teaching experience within a primary school setting.
- Good knowledge of the primary curriculum.
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s development.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly establish positive relationships within new school environments.
- Flexible, reliable, and confident adapting to different settings.
- Commitment to equality, inclusion, and diversity.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
