Secondary – PRU Support Assistant

Pay: £110–£130 per day

This role is working with students who have been excluded from mainstream education. It’s challenging, but if you can handle it, it’s one of the most rewarding roles you’ll do.
What the job actually involves:

Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs

Managing challenging situations calmly

Building trust with students who don’t trust easily

Helping re-engage them in education
You’ll need:

Strong presence and confidence

Experience in behaviour, PRU, youth work or similar

Thick skin and a calm mindset
